GASPUNK IS A GAME FOR FREAKS, FOUL BEASTS, MISCREANTS, AND OTHER UNSAVORY INDIVIDUALS
i wrote it for me but you can play it too.
THE GAME:
gaspunk is a post-apocalyptic game set in a terrible, inhospitable wasteland (australia).
it has:
- (almost) NO ART (apart from when i needed to draw something to fill an empty page)
- some classes (five!)
- a quick setting primer
- a simple combat system for high speed vehicular homicide
OTHER BITS:
i intend to update this one over time but it's likely to stay PWYW for the forseeable future. you can use or reference any part of this text to make your own games, adventures, bits, just mention the name of the game and we're cool.

This is exactly the game I've been wanting to play for a while! How do you generate enemies?? Do you just make characters for each of them or have you thought about generic templates that you tweak for your baddies?
i'm planning to make a bestiary or something that gives some examples of enemies but for the moment they basically just need HP + Armour (if they have any) + Legs figured out along with whatever they have on them. from that point, i'd only note down any stats that are likely to be relevant. like if they're a spellcaster you should give them a brains stat, or if they're a sniper you should give them a fingers stat and so on.
